This Privacy Policy applies to SagaForge, which is owned and operated by Secret Castle Games Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Secret Castle Games Inc.
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the game:
Account creation does not require any personal information. By default, accounts are created using a recovery mnemonic phrase — a set of random words that acts as your key. No email address, name, or identity is collected. You control your data through your recovery phrase alone.
Optionally, you may sign in via Google or X/Twitter OAuth for convenience. If you choose to do so, we receive only your email address or username and display name from the provider. OAuth is never required.

We use essential session cookies for authentication and age verification. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Your account is accessed via a recovery mnemonic phrase — a set of random words generated at account creation. This phrase is the only way to recover your account if you switch devices or clear your browser data. We do not store your recovery phrase and cannot recover it for you. If you lose your phrase, your account and all associated data are permanently lost.
SagaForge is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has used our service, please contact us immediately.
Because we do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers, the data we store is limited to anonymous account identifiers and game progress. Even in the unlikely event of unauthorized access, no personally identifiable information would be exposed. We use industry-standard security practices via Cloudflare to protect all stored data.
