This Privacy Policy applies to SagaForge, which is owned and operated by Secret Castle Games Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Secret Castle Games Inc.
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the game:
Creating a recovery-phrase account does not require an email address or name. Accounts are created using a recovery mnemonic phrase — a set of random words that acts as your key.
Sign-in is based on recovery phrases and wallets, not social accounts. Recovery-phrase sign-in is available now; wallet sign-in is planned as an additional option. Google and X/Twitter sign-in are no longer offered, and this change does not delete existing account data.

We use essential session cookies for authentication and age verification. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Your account is accessed via a recovery mnemonic phrase — a set of random words generated at account creation. This phrase is the only way to recover your account if you switch devices or clear your browser data. We do not store your recovery phrase and cannot recover it for you. If you lose your phrase, your account and all associated data are permanently lost.
SagaForge is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has used our service, please contact us immediately.
Recovery-phrase accounts do not require names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Existing account data, including any previously collected provider details, remains stored when a sign-in method is removed. We use industry-standard security practices via Cloudflare to protect all stored data.
