SagaForge is an AI-powered visual novel platform. All content — including text, graphics, music, and character designs — is generated by artificial intelligence without human review. Content may be unpredictable, inconsistent, or occasionally offensive. You acknowledge and accept these inherent limitations.
Accounts are accessed via a recovery mnemonic phrase generated at account creation. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase. Secret Castle Games cannot recover lost phrases. If you lose your phrase, your account and all associated data will be permanently inaccessible. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately at support@secretcastlegames.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service may offer on-platform credits ("Energy") used to access premium features. Energy has no real-world monetary value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify Energy pricing, grant amounts, and redemption costs with reasonable notice.

Certain features of the Service allow you to generate custom story content, images, and other media using our AI tools ("Custom Content"). You may download, copy, distribute, and otherwise use Custom Content you generate through the Service for your own purposes, including commercial use, without restriction from us. We make no claim of ownership over your Custom Content.
We do not review, moderate, or control Custom Content before or after generation. You are solely responsible for your Custom Content and for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms. Secret Castle Games is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your creation, download, distribution, or use of Custom Content.
Our Materials: The Service's visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, code, software, and all other elements provided by us ("Materials") are owned by Secret Castle Games or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No implied licenses are granted.
AI-Generated Content: All story content, images, music, and characters are generated by AI. While we assert copyright over the compilation and platform as a whole, individual AI-generated assets may be subject to different legal treatment depending on your jurisdiction.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without attribution or compensation.
All content on SagaForge is generated by artificial intelligence. If you believe any material on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@secretcastlegames.com with a description of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material. We will review and respond to all valid complaints.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material revisions become effective 30 days after posting. We may require you to accept modified Terms to continue using the Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms remain effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Service. Upon termination: (a) your license ends; (b) you lose access to your account and associated data; and (c) Sections 6 (Payments), 11 (Intellectual Property), 15 (Disclaimer), 16 (Limitation of Liability), 17 (Indemnity), 18 (Dispute Resolution), and 19 (Miscellaneous) survive.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECRET CASTLE GAMES INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $10. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secret Castle Games Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) your violation of applicable law.
18.1 Arbitration. You and Secret Castle Games agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
18.2 Exceptions. Either party may: (a) bring an individual action in small claims court; (b) seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement; or (c) pursue claims through applicable federal, provincial, or municipal agencies.
18.3 Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending a written notice to support@secretcastlegames.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your full legal name, account email, and a statement that you wish to opt out.
18.4 Procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the ADR Institute of Canada under its National Arbitration Rules. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Arbitration Act (British Columbia). Before initiating arbitration, you must send a written notice describing the claim and the specific relief sought. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may commence arbitration.
18.5 No Class Actions. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.
19.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
19.2 Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
19.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Secret Castle Games regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
19.4 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19.5 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
19.6 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
